On the ground
Inverleith, Leith Walk, Portobello and Craigmillar are different streets in one city: tenements, colonies and coastal flats. Stairs without a lift are normal. Common stairs are included only when the factor has agreed. Otherwise the clean stops at the flat door.
Finished kitchens, bathrooms, internal glass and fine dust after plastering or a fit-out. Rubble and skip waste are not part of the clean.
Use the quote form with the Edinburgh postcode, or WhatsApp. Say whether the plaster is dry and if a sparkle is needed after snagging.

How the visit runs
The method does not change by county. The timing does, because access and the last trade date are local.
We take the postcode, the stage of the build, and any access limit in Edinburgh before the day is booked.
Vacuum fine dust before wiping, then kitchens, bathrooms, glass and floors in that order.
A daylight check, then a note if a sparkle is wiser after the next trade.
FAQ
Yes. Cleaning After Construction quotes post-construction cleaning in Edinburgh. Send the property details on the form or by WhatsApp and we confirm the date.
It depends on the diary and how soon the dusty work actually finishes. A date is offered when the quote is returned, not as a same-hour promise on this page.

No. The visit is a clean of the finished interior. Skip waste stays a waste-carrier job wherever the property is.
