The sign you need the whole property, not one room, is dust on a bedroom that nobody worked in. It travelled. A spotless new kitchen next to a grey stair is the same problem. If only the kitchen was fitted and the doors were shut, a kitchen visit is enough.

Prep, and how long it should last
Clear small debris and tell us which rooms stayed shut. If you are living there, say which rooms we must not enter. After the clean, keep the doors of finished rooms shut if a trade is returning to one floor only.
If the dust comes back
An end-to-end clean lasts on a finished property. One trade returning to the loft will dust the stair again. That is a sparkle of the route they used, not a reason to repeat every room.

They are the same kind of visit when the whole property is in scope. Use this page if you want it clear that every finished floor is included, not a single new room.
Can you clean a furnished house end to end?
Yes, if we can move around the rooms. Heavy furniture shifting is not the clean. Tell us what is still in the way.
Do you clean the outside as well?
The entrance glass and the way in, when they are internal or safely reached. Garden clearance and driveways are not this visit.
