The request usually arrives when a fit-out has overrun and staff are due in. Glass is filmed, the WC was used as a site toilet, and the floor has cable offcuts. If the unit still has no power and no finished floor, it is too early.
Before and after
Prep, and how long it should last
Give us access, power and water, and a time when sanding has stopped. Bring new furniture in after the clean. If IT fitters return with trunking, expect a short sparkle before the open day.
If the dust comes back
A fit-out clean holds until the next messy trade. It is not a daily office contract. If the unit needs to stay presentable through a week of snagging, say so and we will quote the return rather than imply the first clean survives it.

Do you clean offices after a fit-out?
Yes. Floors, internal glass, WCs, tea points and small debris are the usual scope. Tell us the size and the date staff return.
Can you work outside office hours?
Often, if the building allows access. Put the hours on the quote form so the price matches an evening or a weekend.
Will you remove a skip of fit-out waste?
No. Pallet waste, ceiling tiles and rubble need a waste carrier. We take small rubbish that is part of the clean once the bulk has gone.
Do you cover shops and studios as well as offices?
Yes, when the work is an after-fit-out clean of a finished unit. A daily clean of a working restaurant kitchen is a different brief. Describe the space on the form.
How is a commercial clean priced?
On area, how many WCs and tea points, how much glass, how heavy the dust is, and whether we are in during the day or out of hours. You get a quote, not a price per desk.
