Before and after
Prep, and how long it should last
Have the last trade finished before we arrive. Leave sofas out until the sparkle is done if you can. Air the rooms afterwards. A light vacuum the next morning is normal as airborne dust settles.
If the dust comes back
A sparkle holds if nobody sands or cuts afterwards. If more messy work is planned, wait. Doing the sparkle too early wastes the visit.

What is a sparkle clean after construction?
It is the lighter final clean once the heavy dust and debris have already been removed. It brings glass, kitchens, bathrooms and floors up for handover or photos.
Do I need both a full clean and a sparkle?
If the site is still white with plaster dust, start with the full clean. Add a sparkle only if more trades will visit afterwards or you want a separate presentation day.
How long does a sparkle take?
A finished flat is often a few hours. A large house with a lot of glass takes longer. The quote follows size and how much film is left. We do not print an hourly rate.
Can a sparkle remove paint spots?
Light spots and label residue can sit inside the visit when we have seen them. Heavy paint, adhesive and silicone are quoted as paint and adhesive removal so the time is honest.
Is a sparkle the same as an end-of-tenancy clean?
No. A sparkle follows building work. An end-of-tenancy clean is lived-in wear, everyday limescale and inventory photos after occupation. Say which one you need on the form.
