The kitchen looks fitted and still feels rough: dust inside a drawer, a white line on a plinth, and a film on the splashback. Sticky labels and a smear of silicone along the upstand are the other usual marks. If doors are still in the hall, the install is not finished.

Prep, and how long it should last
Empty the units of tools and packaging. Tell us the worktop material. Do not load food in until the clean is done. If a sparkle is planned after a snagging visit, keep the heavy clean first.
If the dust comes back
A kitchen clean holds once nobody is cutting worktops or sanding nearby. A later electrician fitting lights will leave a light film, which is a sparkle, not a failed kitchen clean.

What is included in a kitchen clean after renovation?
Empty cupboard interiors, worktops, splashbacks, sinks, fronts, plinths and the floor. Light sticker residue is included. Plumbing and door adjustment are not.
Can you remove silicone from a new worktop?
Smears and excess that are dirt, yes, when they lift without damage. The bead that seals the upstand stays. If it is a messy install, say so on the quote.
Do you clean inside a new oven?
We clean accessible empty interiors of appliances that are already in and switched off. We do not repair or install them.
Is a kitchen-only visit enough?
Yes, if the dust is only in the kitchen. If the stair and the bedrooms are white as well, the full after-construction clean is the right scope.
How much does a post-renovation kitchen clean cost?
