The usual case is a new kitchen in a house you did not leave. Dust is on the stair even though the bedroom doors were meant to be shut. If the whole house is empty, you do not need this version. Book the full clean instead.
Before and after
Prep, and how long it should last
Bag loose clothes and food in the work zone. Keep pets out of that zone while we are there. Tell us if you need the only bathroom back by a certain time. After we leave, leave the closed rooms shut until you have done a quick vacuum of the route.
If the dust comes back
The refurbished zone stays clean if the fitter is finished. Dust in a bedroom usually means a door was opened during the job or a trade returned. We would rather quote the rooms that were actually exposed than imply an occupied clean seals the whole house forever.

Can you clean after construction while we still live here?
Yes. We isolate the dusty rooms, keep finished rooms shut, and plan the kitchen or bathroom so you can use them again. Tell us who is in the house and which rooms are off limits.
Is an occupied clean slower than an empty one?
Yes. Belongings, one bathroom, and the need to hand a room back the same day all add time. The quote reflects that. An empty house is the full after construction clean.
What should we do with pets and children?
Keep them out of the room being cleaned. Dust and products are not a good mix with someone underfoot. You can stay in the finished part of the home.
Will dust spread into the bedrooms?
Not if those doors stay shut and we are not asked to walk dusty cloths through them. If the dust is already in the bedrooms, include those rooms on the quote.
Can you come in the evening or at the weekend?
Often, when the diary allows. Put that on the form so the quote matches the hours, rather than assuming a weekday morning.
